Delivery

We deliver using Australia Post registered post, to ensure that all parcels can be tracked and delivered as quickly as possible. You will be required to provide your ID and signature upon delivery. Parcels can be delivered to your home or work address, please be advised that we do not deliver to PO boxes. Delivery takes 3-7 working days for all orders placed by 11:00am Monday to Friday, provided the item/s on order are in stock. Please allow 2 additional days for for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Any delivery date or time specified by Shona Joy is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All delivery costs are calculated by weight as per below -
